We can offer all services necessary to meet the individual needs, as identified in the care plan, of each child and young person placed with Hythe House Support Ltd.

The main day-to-day running of the business is co-ordinated at Hythe House Supports main office in Sittingbourne. This allows us to offer confidential family contact facilities, private specialised therapy sessions, meetings and training away from the education unit.

Our basic services include:

Home-finding to suitable carers.

Organizing and supervision of family contact.

Working to the care plan of each child.

Independence and after-care training.

Promotion of healthcare with regular medical, dental & eye checks when required.

Daily travel requirements.

Additional services can include:

Individual needs Education Unit.

Therapy and Counselling.

Driver & Escort services are available for home visits, etc.

These additional services are not included in the basic fee but can be built into a regular costing as agreed between Hythe House Support and the Social Worker, either prior to placement commencing, or during the placement. Hythe House Support feels a flexible approach and attitude promotes confidence and ensures ongoing commitment to each child.
